Lore on how you obtained the item: Ian had requested that Johnny make him a high caliber rifle with a long range. it uses custom 50 caliber ammo and can also use explosive and incendiary ammo. It's fucking matte black with neon green. It's designed to more powerful then a regular hunting rifle but due to it's increased range it has a higher range in which it is less effective and harder to aim, and that's the first 30 or so meters in front of the rifle.
