Appearance description: Blue-green eyes, with 5 inch long, curly brown hair. Olive skintone, with a slender frame, with more muscle towards the lower body. Light stubble. Outfits typically consist of a heavy coat, cargo pants, long sleeved shirt, and work boots.

Occupation: Rookie bounty hunter

Personality: Friendly to a fault and quite hyperactive. Intelligent, but more book-smart than street-smart. With a passion for technology and information, he spend his time reading and researching anything that catches his fancy, or training his combat skills.

Personal History: Born into a family of bounty hunters, Xavier and his brother had always had some sort of combat knowledge since they could walk, with both of them receiving their first augments at age 10. Growing up in a pseudo-military family, Xavier has always been used moving around, and having more friends long-distance than anything else. Used to life never settling down, this had made it hard for him to stay in one spot for very long, later helping to stimulate his growing hyperactivity. He spent the most time in one of the older and larger cities on Earth, New York, with the near-toxic water lines of the city causing him to be forced to get kidney augments. Living with his parents and seeing how their lives went, Xavier decided to follow in their footsteps and become a bounty hunter himself. On the day they retired he sought out to make a name for himself, traveling to The Frontier with a hand-me-down pistol from his mother, a new arm from his father, and a stiff drink from his brother, to make his own path.
