Please define what Powergaming is in your own words: Powergaming is a playstyle involving the full pursuit of a numerical advantage at the cost of "flavor" or "fluff" - essentially, making incongruent or meta decisions for the sole purpose of improving your character's numbers, often for use in combat. These decisions include character creation as well as interactions with other players.

In your own words, please give a brief description of what Cyberpunk is: ​ Most simply - high-tech, low-life. Drawing from media such as Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Blade Runner, and other stories by PKD, cyberpunk is a retrofuturistic subgenre of sci-fi with a focus on grittiness, oppression, and monoculture.

Appearance description (describe outfit, hair, eyes etc - 1 paragraph minimum requirement): A damaged android clad in a tattered rain cloak. Primarily made of a matte black metal alloy, a few faded KMC insignias are visible on his few exposed metal parts. Curious eyes peek out from under his hood, casting a faint orange glow before him. Between the heavy cloak and the full face mask, it can be difficult to determine at first if he is an android or simply an augmented human. When not plugged in, short power cables dangle from his upper arms and back, just visible under the edge of his cloak. Traces of rust and some obvious damage are easily visible on his limbs, and a fairly clean white bandana is tied around his left arm. A few tubes and springs can be seen embedded in his hands, revealing his original design as a combat medic.

Occupation: An up-and-coming black market "doctor", he hopes to one day open a full-fledged augmentation shop and installation center. At the moment, he manages a small operation out of an alley garage in District 01. With limited funds, he deals mostly in easier operations, but he has retained enough medical knowledge from his original programming to excel at unorthodox surgeries (this is often aided by his willingness and eagerness to perform procedures in ways not recommended by official health organizations).

Personality: A huge fan of human culture, Quimby has found great pleasure in using his skills in a manner humans are so appreciative for. Quimby possesses a deep fascination with humans on both the small and large scale, desiring to improve human function one individual at a time to slowly raise the level of humans as a race. Q is quick to notice when humans have received subpar augmentations, and even quicker to recommend some choice parts to those who have yet to add metal to their flesh. Unable to comprehend why some humans are so adverse to augmentation, Q has gotten into trouble more than once by insisting that he could improve the functions of a group of cyborg-haters. Quimby has a general dislike for government troops, particularly the Kepler Marine Corp. Unable to remember the events that caused him to be separated from his fellow soldiers, he is merely thankful that he was able to escape his treacherous programming routines that ensured KMC control. Plagued by a faulty reactor (battery?), Q hopes to upgrade his components soon so that he may venture further away from his operating stage. Quimby's favorite animal is the stag beetle.
