Name: Shock Beam
Description: A stable way to transmit energy from Artemis' power core, through his body, and blast it out his hands and lower arms (all 4 at once sometimes). This has given him a ranged weapon of sustainability. The Electrical beam will be a dense ray of energy, that carries huge amounts of power with it. It will act as a rail-gun or Laser Rifle would, in that it is a continuous beam with high accuracy. The beam will have a large radius, so it will be dangerous to use in very tight corridors and areas. (Imagine a lightning blast from DC's Black Lightning. It's pretty much that.) While this will only use a small portion of his energy, the longer it is used for, and the more areas it is expelled from, will use more power at once, and continue to increase.
Lore on how you obtained the item: Artemis, being the adaptable being he is, has devised a way to expel excess energy from his system, while also giving it a use. He has re-routed some of his power systems to send the energy through a series of re-purposed synthetic muscle-fibre in order to give him this capability. Notes: -Channelled Ability: While this ability is active, Arty can not do anything other than move around and change targets.
-Energy System: This ability will be focused around the premises of Androids using energy in order to function. Artemis runs off of a Condensed Fusion Core. In turn, this means he can overload if he doesn't use a large enough portion of energy, but can still deactivate, due to overusing it.
-Weapon Details: This is a Tesla weapon. The longer the weapon is fired, the more heat it produces, and energy it consumes at once. The longer it is fired for, the more damage it will do at once (+1 Every Turn it is used.). The weapon will start by having a +1 for each hand Artemis is using for it (+4 Maximum to start). It will have an effective range of 40 Metres, and a dead-zone of 0-10 Metres & 55+ Metres. The weapon is quite loud if used for a considerable amount of time, and lets off a lot of light and heat (easy to detect a presence).
