A core located in a lead-lined bunker underground, with the device hooked up to a large generator. The cables run through the wall and into the device, effectively fueling the core as well as giving it interaction with external ports.The core contains the decrypted version of the Android Insurgent’s A.I.

Lore on how you obtained the item:

Insurgent began long ago to conceive ideas to correctly create a version of itself that was freed of the NeuralNet, yet able to help its fellow Androids across the known Galaxy, if not beyond. From there, it began to elaborate, multiple bodies across the system, a core safe from harm in one way or another, although one might consider this a pipe dream, it seems as though this path has been embarked upon by Insurgent.

First, it met a man named Vyctor Drayk, a hacker. He agreed, and did indeed, decrypt the code of Insurgent’s A.I. from the NeuralNet, for which the Android was grateful. But it soon learned the absolutely enormous size of decrypted A.I.’s required storage space.

It later met with another Android, one with whom Insurgent was friends, ARTEM-15. It requested that the fellow Android make a hidden, or safely guarded, location with a server containing enough storage space to safely, and ably house the A.I., after each of the pieces it needed were completed, Insurgent gave to its fellow bot the first version of its freed self, Sovereignty V1.0. But Insurgent, for reasons of proper timing and creation, then attachment of equipment, Insurgent has yet to ask ARTEM-15 to activate the core that it created with the A.I. to be contained within.

So for now, it sits idly in the large room it was provided, unactivated, waiting silently for a time in which it will be able to function properly.
