Insurgent Perks

Hello fellow duders of Staff and Community, I'd like to request perks for Insurgent, which I will specifically list and attempt to reason for below:

Strength-

Boxer: Tier 3

Reasoning: Insurgent, on multiple occasions has been noted to actively possess quite a bit of strength, having punched someone square in the nose on the Dreadnought event, breaking the man's nose while notably holding back. Along with this, as per backstory that included areas of its limitations, it would, and should, possess the strength to harm/disarm Androids, cyborgs, and humans alike, part of the possibilities being via strong-arming them, or partially harming them for detainment back in its days as a Security Android.

Perception-

Eavesdrop: Tier 3

Reasoning: Insurgent, during the second Ares' Base event, listened through the door/walls of the main room surrounding the Hydra A.I.'s core (Boss Room), and clearly made out heat signatures, as well as shapes, utilizing thermal vision as well as heightened audio sensors.

Awareness: Tier 3

Reasoning: Insurgent, on multiple occasions, especially during events, has exhibited the use of this ability, having in fact used its heightened senses of sound detection and wide range of vision to save Eisen Cross from being assassinated during the original Ares' Base event, which would explicitly align with this skill.

Intelligence-

Gunsmith: Tier 3

Reasoning: Several times, utilizing the technology available to it, Insurgent has created a handful of guns, as well as scanned a quite a few larger forms of weaponry. On multiple occasions has it had to scan a weapon and examine schematics, as well as physically disassemble weapons to see how they would work, and in the process, has developed a heavy understanding of moderate-long distance machines that use mechanisms that utilize mini-explosions from kinetic force to the back of the ammunition to propel said ammunition, typically made of lead, unto targets (guns).

Nerd: Tier 2

Reasoning: In the handful of years Insurgent has been free-thinking, the Android has quite quickly and efficiently, examined/scanned several different fields and their respective segments, proceeding to learn and utilize what it has learned at a much faster pace than the average human, cyborg, and most Androids.
