Since Leo started building star ships at age 18 he has been around them most of his life. This has enabled him to gain tons of knowledge about them. Right before the destruction of Kepler, Leo finished building a heavy class star ship by hand. due to him having this knowledge i personally believe he should have tier three Scotsman.
The first thing Leo's company, Dark River Enterprises, produced was a simple robot which could help with simple commands. These robots were engineered by him and had minimal success. Due to this i believe he should have tier one Frankenstein.
One of the last things personally engineered by Leo before the fall of Kepler was the Cataclysm, a form of Tesla Gun. This was of medium quality and has some flaws, though it is advanced. Due to this i believe he should have tier two Gunsmith.
To recap and for easier organization, I am requesting Tier Three Scotsman, Tier one Frankenstein, and Tier two gunsmith for my character, Leo Romanus.
