I'd like to put in a request for a few changes to Artemis in the new system, of which I will detail which, and reasons for why, below.
Boxer Tier 2: On almost a constant basis, Artemis is known to display large amounts of strength, but is often overpowered by other androids around him. Choose any event he's taken part in, and you'll be able to recall an incident of this sort.
Luchador (Only 1 Tier Apparent): When doesn't Artemis simply pick up an opponent and fight them?
Concentration Tier 3: Artemis was originally a combat Android, so his perception is always active during combat events. For this reason, I believe Artemis should have a high tier of concentration.
Investigation Tier 2: This is based on the same reasoning as the previous perk of concentration, being that he is always on alert.
Awareness Tier 3: Once again, the same reason as the previous 2 perks.
Vulture Tier 3: Artemis was designed for adaptation of his environment, so it would make sense for him to gather materials and objects from the field of action.
Mad Science Tier 2: Artemis regularly spends time researching and developing new ways to improve himself, through upgrades or remodelling. For this reason Artemis should be able to perform scientific experiments based around mechanical devices.
Tech-Head Tier ?: Artemis has a built in repair system, so some communication between a GM/Admin may be required for this one.
Gunsmith Tier 3: Artemis was designed for adapting and learning based on his environment, so it would be logical for him to posses the ability to craft guns and weapons of varying types.
Frankenstein Tier 3: Artemis is always attempting to adapt through the use of upgrades and remodelling himself, so it would be a no-brainer that he could create augments/parts and alter himself.
Nerd Tier 1: As Artemis has adaptation software built in, it would make sense that he is able to learn new skills rapidly in order to fulfil this function.
Run & Gun Tier 1: Artemis was designed for high intensity combat, and front-line action, so it makes sense that he would be able to run across the battlefield, while still shooting with a decent amount of accuracy. Although, he is a fairly large and bulky Android, so he wouldn't have perfect aim whilst doing this.
Net-Running (Conversation Is Highly Required)
Takeover Tier 3: Artemis, on multiple occasions, has swayed a battle in his favour by taking control of a facility, so I would just like to retain this ability, as losing it would not make sense for the character IRP.
Trojan Tier 2: On many occasions, Artemis has used a facility's systems to provide information for his fellow allies, so it would make sense that he can retain this ability.
