Lore on how you obtained the item: Dominic received the lighter after becoming a marine. It was custom ordered and paid for by his parents, who ended up shelling out almost $50 for the lighter. Dominic's parents ordered the lighter from the official Zippo lighter site. The lighter its self was presented by his elder sister upon his graduation from recruit training. After the death of his sister Dominic etched in the case his sisters initials to honor her. After years of daily use the lighter eventually fell apart before coming to the new planet. After working several temporary jobs Dominic earned enough to buy some spare hinges to put the lighter back together. Dominic can always be found playing with it when nervous or bored.
