Trauma Response Units. These are teams of men and women who have been trained as both medics and soldiers. Then a person goes critical, they respond to evacuate the dying person. Picking a fight with a trauma team is ill-advised- especially when they are on a mission- however, preventing them from retrieving the dying person is the only way to ensure that the person dies.
